Senior candidates survey 2016
Across all geographies, economies and sectors, mid level and senior executives are probably the hardest types of people to attract and hire.
Cazar conducted a survey over 9 months in the 2015 and 2016 across the Middle East and Asia to understand how these sought after candidates look for work. We also took a closer look at what their preferences and behavior were when they were interested in a specific job or employer.
Some highlights:
– 79% think an employer with a comprehensive career site are more attractive
– 80% would apply using their mobile device
– 89% want to be contacted directly by the employer rather than a 3rd party
