Al-Futtaim wins award for Innovation in Recruitment and Employer Branding
Dubai, November 19th 2015 – We are proud to announce that Al-Futtaim, our long standing client, has won the prestigious HR Excellence Award for Innovation in Recruitment and Employer Branding earlier this week. The shortlisted finalists included big brands like Unilever, Imdaad and FlyDubai.
Al-Futtaim has been working with Cazar since 2007, when we first launched the company’s career website. The site, which generates more traffic than some job boards in the region, was one of the first corporate career portals to be launched in the UAE. In fact, it is one of their main recruitment tools and produces millions of applicants annually.
Over the years, Al-Futtaim has evolved its processes and candidate touch points to adapt itself to the changing needs of the candidate market. Just last year, the Cazar project team worked with them on a new mobile responsive career website, which has been a roaring success.
