Cazar at HR Tech Interactive 2015

On October 29th 2015, just days before our official office launch in Malaysia, the Cazar Asia team attended HR Tech Interactive Malaysia, the only regional conference dedicated to technology innovation in HR management.

Companies present at the event included leading employers such as Maybank, Samsung and Sunway Construction to name a few.

Our country director for Asia, Stefan Sawh, participated in an insightful panel discussion around big data, and how predictive analytics can improve HR functions’ efficiency.

“Many of us would want to make use of technology, big data and predictive analytics, but we need to get the basics down first. We have to make sure we are robust enough that when we take technology on, it works for us,” Stefan mentioned during the event.

Overall, the event was a smashing success. Holly Miles, Senior Implementation Manager at Cazar, mentions, “Many organisations in Malaysia share similar talent acquisition challenges, and it was great to have an event such as this one to engage with them and discuss how they can overcome these issues and achieve their business objectives.”
