Employer websites in KSA: the real candidate experience
Our analysis team recently went through the websites of 200 large employers in Saudi Arabia to understand the journey candidates went through when looking for jobs. The results, illustrated below, demonstrate that the majority of employers offer a sub optimal candidate experience.
Clearly, companies who are willing to invest in providing enhanced online communication tools for candidates will gain a huge competitive advantage when it comes to attracting top talent.
Highlights:
– 24% have no career section
– 23% of employers have a website dedicated for candidates
– Amongst those career websites, 48% had outdated vacancies
– 79% of theses career sites were not mobile-friendly
