This is just in time to support its recruitment efforts as the organisation whilst being a master developer has now expanded to include its asset management and operational phases, which will require new candidates and professionals.

Al Mahmoud goes on to explain the strategy behind the website, “Our objective was to attract and draw in good-fit candidates. TDIC’s brand needed to be well articulated online, so it was essential to have a distinct, compelling and user-friendly career website that was in line with who we are. “
To achieve this, TDIC worked with Hiring Solutions to create an enticing and content-rich career website that includes engaging features such as email alerts, a live Twitter feed and a quick vacancy search while also targeting specific candidate groups. The fully bilingual Arabic and English site presents and educates potential candidates on the different types of roles available and makes effective use of employee profiles to convey the dynamic environment and experience one can expect when working at TDIC. Also, to achieve one of the company’s major recruitment objectives, there is a dedicated area on the homepage for UAE Nationals, which details the Tamkeen and Tumouh programs aimed at Emirati graduates and professionals.
